[Responsibilities]
- Configure, maintain, and monitor application servers and processes to ensure top-tier performance, availability, and security.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues in real time, providing comprehensive end-to-end problem resolution.
- Refine, automate, and document regular processes while tracking issues for continuous improvement.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and modernize applications using new technologies.
- Ensure security compliance and monitor vulnerability reports, tracking and implementing fixes as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile, CI/CD-driven environment to deliver enterprise and maintenance releases.
- Work with microservices architectures, large-scale databases, and containerization solutions for robust system performance.
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 6+ years with microservices-based applications using Spring Boot in Kubernetes environments.
- 6+ years of experience with cloud and database systems; Oracle Cloud experience highly valued.
- 3+ years managing Kubernetes clusters and working with Docker and containerization tools.
- 3+ years working within cloud environments, preferably Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with Tomcat, Linux/Unix administration, and DevOps tools (GIT/Stash, Fortify, Jenkins).
- Strong command of Oracle Database, including complex SQL query tuning.
- Exposure to AI tools, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with proven time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working in Agile and CI/CD culture.
[Preferred Skills]
- Familiarity with Kafka, IBM MQ, JSON, Camel, and APIGEE.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.
- 10+ years of application development and technology experience.
