Job Summary (in List Format):
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for mobile devices, primarily on iOS operating systems.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects and bugs during device testing.
- Collaborate with software developers to resolve identified issues and re-test to validate fixes.
- Validate cellular features (5G, VoNR, VoLTE, VoWiFi, LTE) and ensure device compliance with 3GPP standards.
- Utilize knowledge of mobile network technologies, including 5G SA/NSA and 4G LTE architecture.
- Use modem logging and analysis tools (QXDM, QPST, XCAL, XCAP) for troubleshooting and validation.
- Work with various cellular modem chipsets (Qualcomm, MediaTek, Samsung, etc.).
- Test and validate SIM/eSIM design, provisioning flows, and Wi-Fi/Passpoint configurations (HS2.0/802.1x/WPA3).
- Generate technical reports and communicate testing progress and results effectively.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and promote process improvements within the team.
- Apply basic programming knowledge, especially Python, for test automation or data analysis.
- Operate proactively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Minimum 5+ years relevant experience required; overall 10+ years in quality assurance/testing preferred.
