About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, evidencebased ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting. Under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized behavior plans, collect accurate data, and contribute to the progress and wellbeing of each client.

This role is ideal for an RBT who enjoys collaboration, values consistency, and wants to grow within a stable, missionfocused organization.

Schedule

  • Mondayโ€“Thursday
  • Some days 9:00 AMโ€“6:00 PM, others 10:00 AMโ€“7:00 PM
  • 36 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $23.00โ€“$25.30/hour
  • Medical Insurance: Individual coverage for only $30/month, $750 deductible, 100% coverage after deductible
  • Dental & Vision Insurance

  • Vacation & sick time begin accruing immediately

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current RBT certification (BACB), in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of ABA or IDD experience
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, including DTT and NET
  • Comfortable receiving and applying feedback
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work on the floor, move up/down stairs, and remain active throughout the day
