Job description

Neel Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative Supervisor to oversee our front desk team and help deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced veterinary hospital.
This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned veterinary receptionist or client service professional who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and creating a welcoming, efficient environment for clients, patients, and team members. Schedule flexibility is required, as this position must be available to support and coach staff working a variety of shifts to ensure all front desk team members receive consistent leadership and support.
  • Lead, mentor, and support the Client Service Representative (CSR) team
  • Oversee daily front desk operations, workflow, and scheduling.
  • Train, coach, and develop new and existing CSR team members.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering compassionate, professional client interactions.
  • Serve as the liaison between the front desk, veterinary technicians, doctors, and leadership team.
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to support all front desk team members.
  • Address client concerns and workflow challenges promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming reception area.
  • Support leadership with employee performance, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum of 1 year of veterinary client service or veterinary hospital experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisory, leadership, or management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and hospital workflow.
  • Outstanding communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with veterinary practice management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability is required, including the ability to work varying shifts as needed to support, coach, and lead the entire client service team.
