Looking for meaningful work in the Lincoln community?

Alora Supports is always looking to connect with caring, reliable people interested in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout the Lincoln area.

This is our general application for Direct Support Professionals. Because we build our support teams around each individual, schedules, hours, locations, and support needs vary. If your availability and experience are a good match for a current or upcoming opportunity, our team will reach out to discuss it with you.

• Must be willing to undergo a background check
• Must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others succeed

What You'll Do

• Provide one on one support to individuals in their homes and communities
• Assist with daily living activities, personal goals, and skill development
• Support community participation, social engagement, and independence
• Build positive, professional relationships with individuals and their families
• Help individuals live meaningful, self directed lives

Experience

No prior experience is required. Experience in any of the following is helpful:

• Personal Care
• Behavioral Health
• Human Services
• Developmental Disabilities Services
• Special Education
• Healthcare

Paid training and ongoing support are provided.
