Job description

Direct Support Professional
Are you ready to embark on a journey?
Where every day is filled with meaning and
making a real difference in people's lives?
Join us at ACCESS as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)!
As a DSP, you'll be more than just a support provider; you'll be a beacon of positivity and empowerment for our clients. Picture yourself helping individuals thrive in their own homes, with their families, or in a cozy community setting. But wait, there's more!
Here's why being a DSP with us is the most engaging and fun opportunity:
  • Tailored Adventures: Say goodbye to mundane routines! You'll be crafting personalized activities and experiences that not only assist clients in their development but also bring joy and excitement to their lives.
  • Creative Caregiving: No two days are the same! From assisting with daily living skills to sparking creativity with goal-focused activities, your role is all about nurturing individuality and growth.
  • Community Connection: Get ready to explore! You'll be guiding our clients through a variety of community-inclusion activities, ensuring they have a blast while forging meaningful connections outside their homes.
  • Skill-Building Bonanza: Whether it's mastering money management or perfecting cooking skills, you'll be the guru of growth, helping clients unlock their full potential one skill at a time.
  • Superhero Support: Encounter a challenge? Fear not! You'll be equipped with the superpowers of professional intervention and behavior management, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
  • Celebration Central: Every milestone is a reason to celebrate! Witnessing the progress of our clients and being a part of their success stories will fill your heart with pride and joy.
  • Continuous Learning: At ACCESS, we're all about growth! You'll have access to regular trainings and development opportunities, keeping you sharp, skilled, and ready to conquer any challenge.
  • Culture of Care: We're not just colleagues; we're family.

So, if you're ready to embark on an adventure where your passion meets purpose, join us at ACCESS as a Direct Support Professional.
Together, let's create moments that matter and memories that last a lifetime!
