This leadership role is ideal for a proven dealership service professional who thrives in an auto service environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong operational and financial performance.


Responsibilities
•    Lead and oversee all aspects of dealership service operation
•    Drive a best-in-class customer experience with a strong focus on CSI and customer retention while continuously raising the bar on efficiency and overall department performance
•    Actively engage with customers to resolve concerns and build long-term relationships
•    Hire, train, develop and motivate service advisors and technicians
•    Improve employee productivity, morale, and accountability
•    Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
•    Ability to analyze performance metrics, prioritize and implement strategies to grow department production and profitability


Qualifications
•    Previous Dealership Service Manager experience required
