GENERAL PURPOSE: The Project Coordinator for Supply Chain Properties will be located at our Dublin Office and will report to the Vice President of Real Estate - Supply Chain Properties. This role will primarily provide project coordination and administrative support for construction projects and portfolio management. The existing Supply Chain portfolio consists of over 20 million square feet in multiple locations with several high-profile projects and programs underway.

The base pay range for this role is $27.64 - $40.34. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain PDSL site information and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy, organization, and accessibility Process pay applications and change orders for construction and capital projects, ensuring completeness and timely submission Assist with vendor contract administration, including tracking, documentation, and execution compliance Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure clear and timely communication Maintain and update project planners to reflect current schedules, milestones, and status Support lease administration activities, including facilitating lease summary revisions and document packaging for Real Estate Committee (REC) review Coordinate and facilitate meetings across all project phases, including land acquisition, design, construction, and project closeout Support development of project presentations and status updates for leadership and cross-functional teams Assist in preparation of Capital Expenditure Request (CER) decks and supporting documentation COMPETENCIES: People Collaboration Self Leading by Example Communicates Effectively Ensures Accountability and Execution Manages Conflict Business Plans, Aligns and Prioritizes With particular emphasis on the following specific position-related competencies Budget and Payment Tracking Stellar Interpersonal Skills Data and Document Management Strong Organization and Time Management Skills QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: 2-4 years experience in a real estate, construction, or engineering environment Project administration experience preferred Strong planning and organizational skills Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA: Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
