Vehicle Integration Project Coordinator
Onsite in Foster City, CA 5 days in office
Occasional travel within the Greater Bay Area is required

You will work with a team of world-class engineers with diverse backgrounds such as robotics, control, and vehicle engineering, to deliver the vehicle performance. In taking on ownership of the Vehicle Integration Project Coordinator role, you will be an integral link to successfully achieving the vehicle attribute goals.
What You'll Do:
Daily/Weekly Test Resource Coordination
Logistics
Test Operators
Support Technicians
Test Site
Test Vehicle Readiness (Vehicle Custodian)
Coordinating Charge and Data Ingest activities
Coordinating Reworks/Repairs/Updates
Managing HW/SW/FW Configuration
Daily Reporting
Daily Test Report/Dashboard
Issue resolution and reporting
Supporting Issue Triage and Root Cause Analysis
Drive Process Development and Improvement
Test Procedure Review and Development
Drive improvement opportunities
Lead and support projects within vehicle development as required
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end management and coordination of an Autonomous Vehicle test campaign
Qualifications:
Engineering or other technical degree with 4+ years experience preferred
Experience coordinating and driving a complex activity with multiple stakeholders
Hands-on experience in complete vehicle testing preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills to coordinate engineering groups
Excellent documentation skills for effective issue reporting
Excellent organizational skills to manage a detailed test plan for a complex and multi-faceted test campaign
Knowledge of and competency with JIRA, Confluence, GoogleDocs
