Bilingual Project Coordinator Job Details
  • Arrange executive meeting schedule and prepare related deliverables co-working with team (PMO, business users, etc.)
  • Create documents and administrative work for the meetings, such as meeting minutes, printing and so on.
Qualifications
  • Expert level with at least 5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role 
  • Prior work experience with Excel, Word knowledge of 2010 version 
  • Good communication skills in both Japanese and English is required
  • Banking industry experience is a big plus
  • Highly versatile and motivated individual 
Additional Information
Client has another office in New Jersey. The resource must be willing to work in both offices (90% of time in NY office with occasional need in New Jersey office)
