Responsibilities:
  • Support customer onboarding and review necessary documents (T&Cs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements)
  • Manage customer compliance documentation, safety assessments, etc.
  • Support with project tasks and processes
  • Maintain customer accounts across multiple customer portals and systems
  • Coordinate projects and processes across cross-functional teams
  • Serve as a point of contact through various communication channels
  • Support sales activities by routing leads appropriately

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 3.4 GPA
  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with account management in CRM and/or ERP systems
  • Familiarity with reviewing business documents (terms and conditions, NDAs, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service orientation
  • Quick learner who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to seek guidance when needed
