Position Type: Part-Time | Non-Exempt Reports To: Director of Operations Location: Lincoln, Nebraska (Near 70th & Van Dorn) Schedule: 15–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Flexible scheduling available to accommodate academic commitments

What You'll Do

As a Business Operations Intern, you will assist with a variety of operational and administrative projects that directly support our clients, leadership team, and daily business operations.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail, policy packets, and document preparation
  • Supporting data entry, database updates, and information validation
  • Scanning, filing, and organizing electronic and physical records
  • Assisting with customer outreach initiatives, email campaigns, special mailings, and client appreciation projects
  • Learning and utilizing internal business and insurance software systems
  • Assisting with meeting coordination, scheduling, and preparation
  • Supporting reporting and tracking initiatives for operational performance
  • Conducting basic research and special projects
  • Providing ideas and recommendations to improve processes and customer experience
  • Collaborating with team members on organizational initiatives
  • Performing additional duties that support company operations and professional development opportunities

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current college or university student
