As an Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience - assisting customers, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily operations like stocking and loading. Whether you're helping a neighbor find the right product, receiving and loading orders or keeping the warehouse and sales floor organized, your contribution helps keep the store running smoothly.   • Sales Support - Recommend solutions, promote Ace Rewards, and support store sales goals through personalized customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
