Position Summary

We are looking for an Assitant Ticket Office Manager who will assist in the management and effective operation of the day-to-day Ticket Office functions, all event-related functions, and settlements. This position will be the primary ticketing contact for the tenant teams and state tournaments.

This role pays an annual salary of $55,000-$60,000

Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).

This position will remain open until September 11, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Builds and maintains events as assigned in Paciolan.
  • Coordinates all event information between the promoter, building personnel, and the ticket company in a timely manner.
  • Primary contact with the building's tenant teams.
  • Works with event promoters and building personnel to establish ticket pricing, scaling, and seating configuration.
  • Maintains knowledge of Paciolan, working with account representatives for updates and revisions to ticket operations.
  • Hires, trains, and supervises full-time and part-time box office staff in the proper sales and resolution procedures.
  • Responds to customer complaints and service requests to maintain a positive rapport with the ticket-buying public.
  • Extract, manipulate, and disseminate relevant ticketing data to assist promoters and staff in pricing, scaling, and financial decisions.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, and is able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance. 
  • Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating, and events. Gives information concerning coming attractions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with ticketing software; Paciolan strongly preferred.
  • Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising part-time staff
  • Experience providing customer service and resolving ticketing-related inquiries and issues
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills required
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and financial procedures, including recordkeeping and reconciliation
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and figures
  • Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule staff
  • Excellent customer service and public relations skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ticket selling/box office operations
  • Ability to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends as needed
