Who We Need

Netrality is seeking a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of full-funnel marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline and fuel sales acceleration. This role will help guide content strategy for SEO and AI-enhanced discovery, collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable, high-converting campaigns, and provide day-to-day support on various lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

Youโ€™ll partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to shape our brand voice, run integrated campaigns, and deliver measurable outcomes through marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with data, and continually tests, learns, and iterates to drive performance.

Description of Responsibilities

  • Growth & Demand Generation
  • Help conceptualize, design, and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid search/social, email, ABM, events) that generate qualified leads and sales pipeline.
  • Support campaign strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Assist in the build-out of nurture flows, lifecycle campaigns, and customer-curated content to increase conversion and customer expansion.
  • Create and manage social content for Netralityโ€™s LinkedIn page.
  • Help build and manage a strategic content roadmap that supports brand storytelling and sales enablement.
  • Create and guide the development of emails, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, video scripts, multimedia assets including video, animation, and interactive content to enhance campaigns and increase engagement.
  • Edit, manage, and update content on Netralityโ€™s website and third-party platforms to optimize for both traditional SEO and emerging discovery methods (e.g., LLM search, zero-click results).
  • Work with external vendors on design, video, photography, and other creative needs.
  • Help optimize Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, GA4, and campaign tools to capture, score, and report on performance. Develop dashboards and insights that surface ROI by channel, campaign, and segment.
  • Use Gen-AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign iteration, where appropriate.
  • Events & Field Marketing
  • Contribute to our event strategy, collaborating on hosted and industry events that align to pipeline goals.
  • Assist with the management of logistics, vendors, materials, and post-event follow-up and ROI tracking.
  • Support on-site execution as needed.
  • Vendors, Tools & Operations
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors; manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Use marketing tools and CRM systems to support campaigns and reporting.
  • Manage marketing inventory and promotional materials.
  • Partner with the sales team to align on ICP, messaging, and attribution.
  • General Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with internal teams on ad-hoc marketing needs.
  • Support indirect and direct sales teams with marketing materials, nurture campaigns, and general coordination of co-marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with the coordination of campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external teams.
  • Support special projects as they arise.
  • Help implement and maintain consistent branding across properties, materials, and events.
  • Support property level marketing needs and portfolio updates.
  • Any other tasks or assignments as requested

Position Requirements and Desired Skills

  • 4โ€“8+ years of experience in a broad B2B marketing role
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries (e.g., infrastructure, SaaS, telecom, or data centers)
  • Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast-growing organization
  • Comfortable executing work independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with common marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, website CMS, analytics, design tools)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the following software desired: Salesforce and Pardot (or similar platforms), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Ads, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, WordPress, Monday.com, and Canva
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Gen-AI tools or automation to marketing workflows
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail
