As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute growth-focused marketing strategies that increase Accredited Business acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will create compelling campaigns that communicate the value of BBB Accreditation while partnering with business development and organizational leaders to support lead generation, member engagement, and long-term business growth.

You will work 37.5 hours per week in our hybrid work environment, both from home and at the St. Louis BBB office.

Here is what you'll do:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate interest in BBB Accreditation.
  • Create clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of trust, credibility, visibility, and consumer confidence.
  • Partner with Business Development to improve lead generation, prospect engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Email templates

  • Manage campaigns across email, web, social media, digital advertising, content marketing, and events.
  • Support Accredited Business onboarding, engagement, renewal, and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, CRM processes, lead tracking, and campaign workflows.
  • Track and report campaign results, including leads, conversions, engagement, website activity, and retention metrics.
  • Analyze data and recommend improvements to marketing strategy, processes, and performance.
  • Assist with additional projects and initiatives as needed.
Here is what will make you successful:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Four or more years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management.
  • Demonstrated success supporting lead generation, customer or member engagement, and business growth initiatives.
  • Strong written communication, messaging, and content development skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and data to drive decision-making and improve results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, email marketing systems, website analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Preferred experience in B2B, membership, nonprofit, association, professional services, or business services marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Constant Contact, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and related marketing technologies.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and continuously seeks opportunities for improvement and growth.
