About the Role. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role serves as a key contributor in translating strategic marketing objectives into measurable campaigns and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with strong project management skills, experience managing multi-channel campaigns, and the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, customer success, and executive leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Execute marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.
  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content, events, and partner channels.
  • Support the CMO in annual marketing planning, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet established KPIs.
Demand Generation & Lead Management
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop programs that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Manage lead nurturing campaigns and customer journey initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Brand Management
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.
  • Assist in the development of messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate brand standards.
Content & Communications
  • Oversee the development of marketing content including blogs, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, website content, and sales enablement materials.
  • Work with internal and external resources to create compelling content that supports business objectives.
  • Manage editorial calendars and campaign schedules.
Digital Marketing
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including website updates, SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation, and email marketing.
  • Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for the CMO and executive leadership team.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Monitor marketing technology platforms and ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with sales, product, operations, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed.
  • Support company events, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement activities.
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
