Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Customer Development Manager to expand our customer base, strengthen existing customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. This individual will serve as a liaison between Diamond Resin Products and our customers, identifying new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationship with builders, designers and contractors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Conduct customer visits, products presentations, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with sales, estimating, production and accounting teams to ensure customer success
  • Manage customer accounts and monitor sales performance
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist in developing strategic sales and customer retention initiatives
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably within luxury construction or architectural products.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury construction market and architectural product lines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
