Your Responsibilities as the Finance Manager:
The Finance Manager is the final step in the car-buying journey. As our Finance Manager, you are responsible for securing the transaction, generating finance income, and verifying paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions. The Finance Manager will seek bank approval on financed and leased deals and assist in acquiring approval from lenders and follow through until funding is complete.
Other responsibilities of the Finance Manager:
  • Sell financing as well as our products (Vehicle Protection Plans, GAP; credit and other types of insurance to customers as needed).
  • Prepare and have customers execute retail sale and lease transaction documents.
  • Check all paperwork to assure timely and accurate completion, including correct title, lien information, and taxes.
  • Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources for all finance deals on a timely basis.
  • Responsible for properly processing all paperwork timely on products sold and products canceled.
  • Understand and keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect new and used vehicle sales and financing.

Your Qualifications as the Finance Manager:
  • 5+ years of F&I experience at a dealership
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Required to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check and background.
