Responsibilities

    • Contract new business, sell Finance products, and close deals
    • Generate finance income on all sold customers
    • Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions
    • Contract or collect all money at closing
    • Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals
    • Maintain a working knowledge of leases
    • Assist in acquiring approval from lenders
    • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
    • Solicit extended warranty sales
    • Handle all cancellations for extended service contracts, GAP policies, etc.

Requirements

    • A minimum of 2 years or more of stable Automotive Finance experience
    • Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds and DocuPad preferred
    • Previous Toyota Brand experience preferred
    • Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability
    • Well-versed in title laws and the registration process
    • Professional personal appearance with excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
    • Authorized to work in the USA
    • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
