Job Title: Director of Clinical Integration and Business Development
Department: Home Health Care
Location: 330 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607
Hours Per Week: 40 Hours per week
Schedule: Days with some evening obligations required
SUMMARY:
The Director of Clinical Integration and Business Development plays a pivotal role in forging strategic alliances, identifying growth opportunities, and driving the integration of clinical services/programs across various departments and facilities within the healthcare organization. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, strong background in healthcare management, strong interpersonal skills, and strategic vision to drive growth and excellence in patient care delivery that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Clinical Integration:
  • Contributes to the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business development initiatives.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal departments & external relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to streamline workflows, improve care coordination, and standardize clinical processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of clinical initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Acts as a liaison between internal departments & external relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to support business development efforts.

2. Business Development:

  • Lead the development of business plans, feasibility studies, and financial projections to support strategic initiatives.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including clinical teams, administration, and executive leadership.
  • Cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders, such as physician groups, healthcare networks, and community organizations.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical and business teams to facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in healthcare business development, strategic planning, and clinical integration, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Masters degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
