Position Title: Director, Market Development Strategy
Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting FTEDirector, Market Development Strategy opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare market development plans that support the scoping, direction and growth of business development activities for company.
  • Support Business Development Leadership in proactively and independently scoping, direction and growth of business development activities for company with a focus on business development strategies pertaining to the utility sector, as well as data center, petroleum, gas and chemical industries.
  • Research, assess, and prepare analyses on potential partners and competitors in verticals of interest to company.
  • Establish processes to identify and track opportunities; and to select those opportunities that company should pursue, consistent with the Plan.
  • Create cross organizational processes to successfully identify, develop and secure commercial and federal opportunities, and industry teaming awards.
  • Lead strategic structuring efforts for established and/or unconventional partnering opportunities promoting company's unique capabilities.
  • End-to-end management responsibility for bid and proposal team efforts, and remain accountable for overall bid quality.
  • Leverage connections to impact the profitability of the company by achievement of successful market development results with industry and federal verticals, as well as through teaming efforts.
  • Protect company assets by understanding and adhering to proper information security practices.

Job Qualifications:
  • 12-20 years of relevant experience.
  • End-to-end management responsibility for bid and proposal team efforts, and remain accountable for overall bid quality.
  • Leverage connections to impact the profitability of the company by achievement of successful market development results with industry and federal verticals, as well as through teaming efforts.
  • Protect company assets by understanding and adhering to proper information security practices.
