We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team, supporting the VP Therapeutic Area Lead and Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic (CVRM) Clinical Development team based on-site in Tarrytown, NY. In this role, you will proactively manage calendars, coordinate travel and meeting logistics, and help teams execute day-to-day objectives, while collaborating with leaders, administrative peers, and cross-functional partners like IT, Facilities, and Procurement.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

  • Demonstrated independence, sound judgment, and problem-solving ability
