Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications

Position Overview:

The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing communications strategies for Breast & Skeletal Health Solutions and its associated brands. This role demands deep expertise in integrated marketing, creative leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive audience engagement and business growth. The position also oversees tradeshow strategies and orchestrates internal and external meetings.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of integrated marketing communications, including traditional, digital, paid, and earned media
  • Strong knowledge of creative development processes, campaign planning, and execution
  • Thorough grasp of marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting tools

Knowledge Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of integrated marketing communications, including traditional, digital, paid, and earned media.
  • Strong knowledge of creative development processes, campaign planning, and execution.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical device industry communications.
  • Thorough grasp of marketing metrics, analytics, and reporting tools.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $129,600-$216,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, education, business needs and market demand.
