The Role

We're seeking a Coordinator, Retail Communications who will translate complex corporate directives into clear, actionable, and engaging messages that help our store teams succeed. This role owns the day-to-day execution of our retail communication strategy-from drafting daily messages in Zipline to managing communications for campaigns, product launches, and promotions. This role reports to the Director, Retail Communications & Operations.

As Coordinator, Retail Communications, You Will:

  • Build clear, relevant, and engaging content for store-facing communications aligned with brand tone and values

  • Translate complex corporate directives into easy-to-follow guidance for store teams

  • Upload and schedule communications, tasks, and resources using Zipline; maintain documentation and version control within the platform

  • Monitor task completion rates and engagement analytics through Zipline dashboards; identify communication gaps or bottlenecks and recommend improvements

  • Build Retail's monthly newsletter and develop quarterly communications calendars

  • Maintain Communications statuses and dates in Asana trackers; monitor Slack channels for urgent communications needs

  • Provide in-store support as needed for events, campaign launches, and other activations

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of retail experience, ideally in a communications, operations, or store support capacity

  • An organized, proactive writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment-you don't just hit "send," you analyze engagement data, listen to store feedback, and constantly improve

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple workstreams

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, clarity, inclusivity, and brand consistency in all communications

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience with Zipline and Asana a plus

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Salary Information:

The base salary for this role is $70,000, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
