Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspeciality ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized, creative, analytical, and technology-savvy individual who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare organization. This role combines marketing, practice development, communications, graphic design, technology, data analysis, and project coordination.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, solves problems, and looks for ways to make things better. We are looking for someone who can grow into increasing responsibility as our organization continues to expand.

  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, tracking tools, dashboards, and other resources to support decision-making.
  • Analyze data and identify trends and opportunities that can improve marketing performance, referral growth, and practice operations.
  • Assist with project coordination, budgets, vendor communication, and deadlines.
  • Support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
  • Help identify and implement technology, AI, and process-improvement solutions that increase efficiency.

Healthcare or medical practice experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has the right combination of skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.

Growth Opportunity

This position is designed for someone who wants to grow with the organization.
