Capture Management Sr
Location: Marietta GA
What You Will Be Doing
As a Senior Capture Management professional supporting the C-130J India campaign, you will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day business rhythm and reporting activities associated with India's Medium Transport Aircraft requirement. This position supports pursuit and capture efforts through strategic coordination, proposal development, communication planning, and campaign execution activities. You will work closely with senior business development leadership, program teams, technical organizations, and functional partners to help drive campaign strategy, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day business rhythm and reporting for the C-130J India campaign
- Support pursuit and capture activities for India's Medium Transport Aircraft requirement
- Assist with communication strategies, proposal development, and color team reviews
- Plan and monitor New Business Funds and travel funds
- Partner effectively with senior business development leadership, program teams, technical organizations, and functional entities
- Lead internal Lockheed Martin teams in planning campaign and strategy meetings
- Develop briefings, information responses, situation reports, weekly activity reports, and white papers for internal and external stakeholders
- Inform senior government and industry leaders through strategic communications and reporting
- Coordinate Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), export license requests, and U.S. Government advocacy requests
- Organize and support visits involving senior military, government, and industrial personnel
- Support significant campaign and customer engagement events
