We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and set the stage for our sales team to close deals. You'll identify, research, and engage potential clients through multiple communication channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of business opportunities.

Primary Job Function

  • Research and identify new customer prospects
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, social media, and more
  • Create and manage target lists, ensuring data accuracy
  • Qualify leads and assess their fit for our services
  • Schedule meetings or calls between qualified prospects and sales team members
  • Overcome objections and handle initial client inquiries
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to improve processes
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system and report on activity
  • Continuously improve outreach processes and tools

Reports to: VP of Sales

Work Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends.

Location: Remote. This position requires 20-25% travel.

Compensation: The starting pay for this position ranges from $28.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, with additional earning opportunities through spiffs/incentives. Over time, this role has the potential to earn up to $37.00 per hour based on tenure, performance, and experience, plus spiffs/incentives.

The Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High energy, self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with cold calling and achieving daily outreach targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
