What you will be doing: 

  • Ability to commit to working safe and prioritize safety above all else.
  • Ensure the right amount of product is available for Independent Business Partners that was ordered for the day.
  • Stage product in pick-path for easy access and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Audit product received to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Adjust discrepancies in AS400 computer program to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Balance inventory levels daily to ensure availability of products for distribution.
  • Audit product leaving with routes to confirm accuracy and report any discrepancies.
  • Audit returns from routes to ensure they are handled and recorded properly.
  • Maintain general housekeeping of the warehouse to promote a clean and organized work environment.
  • The Sales Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring that all food safety standards are met in the sales center.
 
What we need from you:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse. environment, preferably in a sales-focused or inventory role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in the use of computer programs such as AS400 and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Knowledge of safe and efficient warehouse operations.
