We are seeking a Business Development Associate for Signature Dental Partners, who will play a critical role in generating proprietary leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities in support of the Business Development team. The candidate will join a highly collaborative and motivated team in a high growth environment with substantial opportunity to create value for all involved. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a strong desire and passion for sales and business development and a great goal-oriented attitude.
Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through cold and warm calling efforts
  • Build deep pipeline of future acquisition opportunities
  • Outbound prospect qualification and company research
  • Manage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Work closely with business development team to progress leads through the deal cycle
  • Assist in marketing campaigns
  • Assist in additional administrative tasks as needed
  • Be a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development roles
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
