Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of training and organizational initiatives within Product Development.
  • Support onboarding program coordination and continuous improvement.
  • Assist wtih skill gap analysis of currrent and future technical needs.
  • Compile and summarize training completion data to identify trends and themes.
  • Update engineering competency guides and other tools to promote skill development.
  • Develop training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and participant resources.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate should be pursuing a Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development degree or related field. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working within Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Experience working within Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
  • Comfortable working with all different levels of leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills.
