Job description

The Maintenance Associate is a full-time position responsible for maintaining apartments and mobile homes in Charleston and surrounding areas. This role involves various tasks including grass cutting, cleaning, painting, and general repairs. Candidates must have their own vehicle as regular travel between multiple locations is required. This position is part of a collaborative maintenance team, with full training provided to support skill development.
