About the Role
LMG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Show Services team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you'll help drive growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, researching prospects, and supporting outreach efforts.
This position is perfect for someone early in their business development career who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll focus heavily on research and procurement outreach with limited travel, helping to strengthen LMG's presence and build lasting client relationships.
What You'll Do
  • Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach to procurement and corporate contacts to expand LMG's client base.
  • Support Account Executives and Account Representatives throughout the client engagement life cycle.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities.
  • Represent LMG through involvement in professional organizations and associations.
