About the Role
Team Dynamic Minds is hiring a Child Development Assistant to work one-on-one with autistic children using relationship-based, play-centered approaches. This position focuses on connection, communication, and real-life learning in the child’s home and community. Training and mentoring provided.
What You Will Do

  • Engage children in play and everyday activities
  • Support communication, social connection, and self-regulation
  • Follow individualized developmental plans
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Write brief session notes and track progress
  • Receive coaching and supervision
Who We Are Looking For

  • Kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
  • Experience with children required, autism experience a plus
  • Reliable and able to keep a consistent schedule
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
