Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Development Manager is a senior leader within the development team responsible for driving measurable growth in philanthropic revenue and donor engagement. This position designs, implements, and evaluates strategies that expand Signature Healthcare’s annual giving, mid-level giving, major gifts, and grant funding. The role is responsible for overseeing the Associate Annual Fund Drive, the School of Nursing Fundraising campaign and the Signature Circle stewardship program.  The role emphasizes accountability for key performance metrics, data-driven decision-making, and the creation of a sustainable donor pipeline. In addition, the Senior Development Manager provides supervision and mentorship to the Development Assistant, ensuring team alignment with departmental objectives and the successful achievement of fundraising goals.
