Pedcor is looking for a motivated and hard-working assistant who enjoys a team atmosphere to join our development team.

Job Summary:

The Development Assistant will be responsible for supporting the development team members by performing a wide variety of administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tax credit applications and supporting documentation; assist with HUD forms and submissions
  • Work with outside third parties and local municipalities to obtain required documentation for projects
  • Prepare documents, correspondence, presentations, transmittals and emails
  • Process invoices, wire and check requests and expense reimbursements
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Plan department events
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, copying, filing, shipping, mail and phones
Education and Experience:
  • College Degree, preferred
  • Experience working in an administrative role, preferred
Skills and Abilities:
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
