What You Will Work On
  • Sales Support: Assist Sales Management with daily administrative tasks, including order entry and follow-up, coordinating team communications, and scheduling meetings.

  • Data Management: Log activities and outcomes in Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking of sales and customer interactions.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams in arranging travel, accommodations, and logistical planning for trade shows, conferences, and customer-focused events.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and issues, maintaining our commitment to exceptional service standards.
  • Product and Market Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our market and products to effectively address and anticipate customer questions and needs.
