Summit Properties seeks a part-time, 10 hour per week Administrative Assistant for 124 independent senior living apartments at Cedars Senior Living Community in Queensbury, NY. The Administrative Assistant will work with the Community Manager to help keep the office organized and running efficiently.Candidate will enjoy administrative and accounting work, as well as be comfortable and confident in a customer service role. Other professional traits we are seeking include managing time effectively, attentive to details, responsible, friendly and accommodating, organized, intelligent, willing to tackle challenges and solve problems.Specific duties and job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Tenant customer serviceGeneral office work and filingResponding to phone calls, email & website inquiriesMaintaining and scanning resident filesAssisting with lease paperworkVerification of income paperwork with the Compliance OfficerProperty management, administrative and affordable housing experience is ideal. Knowledge of LIHTC programs a plus.
