We are seeking: A highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a full-time Loan Officer Assistant. This position provides essential administrative and operational support to our Mortgage Loan Officers and plays an important role in supporting the residential mortgage process from application through closing. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining file accuracy and quality, communicating with borrowers, managing documentation, monitoring the loan pipeline, supporting underwriting-related activities, tracking key milestones, coordinating closings, and assisting with related marketing and business development efforts.


This position is eligible for participation in an incentive compensation plan.
