Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is a remote/work from home position, so you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records and documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain schedules for the team, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls

- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements as needed

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
