Jonel Engineering has been a leader in automation, dispatch, and production management solutions for the concrete and construction materials industry for more than 50 years. Our advanced software and plant control systems power critical operations for producers across North America, helping them increase efficiency, consistency, and visibility across their businesses.

We are expanding our customer success team to support our industry-leading Dispatch platform, and we are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft DevOps Engineer to help modernize and optimize our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation initiatives.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving deployment reliability, infrastructure scalability, security, and operational efficiency across our engineering platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates
  • Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability
  • Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and IT teams to streamline deployments
  • Implement security best practices and compliance standards
  • Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Troubleshoot deployment, networking, and cloud-related issues
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes

Required Qualifications
