Description:

Position Summary

Serves as a senior technical contributor on Avum's Appian-based government applications. Designs system integrations, validates technical requirements, and mentors junior developers while delivering complex Appian solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex Appian applications including process models, SAIL interfaces, and integrations

• Validate technical requirements and provide feasibility assessments

• Mentor junior and mid-level Appian developers on best practices and career development

• Lead stakeholder demos for new features, enhancements, and UI improvements

• Perform code reviews and enforce Appian development standards

• Support client engagements and technical discussions

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive resolution


Compensation

The salary range for this position is $115,000 – $160,000 annually, with a target midpoint of $135,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location. Avum offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical (Cigna), dental and vision (Principal), 401(k), PTO, education reimbursement, and certification reimbursement.
