UiPath Developer

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid) – Local Candidates Only

Contract: Contract

Schedule: Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UiPath Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for state government business processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UiPath technologies, workflow automation, API integrations, and scalable automation development while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath automation solutions for business processes.

  • Build and maintain attended, unattended, and scheduled bots for repetitive, rules-based workflows.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Studio Web, and Orchestrator.

  • Develop process workflows, exception handling, logging, auditing, and monitoring for enterprise automation.

  • Create reusable automation components, libraries, and templates to support enterprise RPA initiatives.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Studio Web, and Orchestrator.

  • Experience developing enterprise RPA solutions using REFramework and UiPath best practices.

  • Knowledge of API integrations, REST/SOAP services, SQL databases, and workflow automation.

  • Experience with OCR, Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center, or intelligent document processing preferred.

  • Experience with C#, VB.NET, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cloud security concepts preferred.
