Job description

Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role based in Denver, CO with the requirement to be in the office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will support the delivery of secure, reliable, and scalable software to our customers. You’ll contribute to CI/CD pipelines, help automate infrastructure, and support cloud‑based platforms that enable efficient and consistent software delivery. Working closely with engineering and product teams, your contributions will help improve deployment efficiency and system reliability as we continue to scale.

What You’ll Deliver
  • Contribute to the continuous and timely delivery of application releases supporting business‑critical services.
  • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment consistency and efficiency.
  • Assist in managing cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments.
  • Contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) implementations.
  • Help build and maintain automated release pipelines for packaging, testing, and deployment.
  • Support system monitoring through dashboards, metrics, and logging tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to support reliable and scalable solutions.
What You’ll Bring
  • Must Haves:
    • CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, or DevOps practices
    • Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar tools
    • Windows Server or Linux administration
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
    • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
    • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)
    • Working with relational databases (Azure SQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL preferred)
    • Logging and monitoring tools
    • Agile development environments
    • Familiarity with Git and branching strategies
    • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage priorities
    • Effective collaboration and communication skills
  • Nice to Haves:
    • Experience with .NET technologies
    • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
    • Experience with testing frameworks (xUnit, Jest, etc.)
    • Exposure to static code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube)
    • Experience with artifact repositories (NuGet, NPM, Azure Artifacts)
Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $165,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
