What is a developer technical consultant?

A Developer Technical Consultant is a professional who provides expert advice and support to organizations or clients on software development projects and technology solutions. They bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, helping to design, implement, and optimize software systems. Their responsibilities often include evaluating technical requirements, troubleshooting issues, and recommending best practices to improve development processes. Developer Technical Consultants typically have a strong background in programming, software architecture, and client communication.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a developer technical consultant?

To thrive as a Developer Technical Consultant, you need strong programming skills, a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, and a relevant degree or certifications in computer science or related fields. Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and tools like Git, as well as certifications such as AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft Azure certifications, are commonly required.
