Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant to provide day-to-day managed support for Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management applications, including Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, configuration maintenance, minor enhancements, and period-end close support. This role requires strong hands-on experience across the Oracle Cloud EPM suite and the ability to support business-critical financial processes within established service-level agreements and turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day managed support for Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including EDMCS, ARCS, and FCCS.

Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs and turnaround times.

Perform root-cause analysis, document findings, and implement sustainable solutions that reduce recurring production issues.

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot reconciliation rules, transaction matching, reconciliation profiles, and workflow configurations in ARCS.

Support ARCS period-end close activities and ensure reconciliation processes are completed accurately and on schedule.

Manage and maintain EDMCS dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, mappings, and reference data.

Ensure accurate, governed, and consistent metadata across integrated Oracle EPM applications and downstream processes.

Support FCCS consolidation activities, including intercompany eliminations, ownership management, financial reporting, and validation of close-cycle outputs.

Troubleshoot data, configuration, workflow, and reporting issues across the Oracle Cloud EPM environment.

Manage minor enhancements and configuration changes based on approved business and operational requirements.

Coordinate with Finance, functional, technical, and integration teams to resolve issues involving upstream and downstream systems.

Support Oracle Cloud quarterly patches and application updates, including impact analysis, testing, issue coordination, and implementation support.

Create and maintain root-cause analysis reports, standard operating procedures, knowledge-base articles, and production-support documentation.

Monitor recurring incidents and operational trends to identify opportunities for improved system stability and support efficiency.

Communicate issue status, risks, dependencies, and resolutions clearly to client and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

10 15 years of overall professional experience, with substantial hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications.

Strong practical experience with EDMCS, including dimension and hierarchy management, metadata maintenance, mapping, and enterprise data governance.

Strong practical experience with ARCS, including reconciliation rules, transaction matching, workflow management, and period-end reconciliation support.

Working knowledge of FCCS, including consolidation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, financial close, and reporting cycles.

Prior experience in a managed services, application support, or production support environment.

Experience managing incidents and service requests within established SLAs.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause analysis capabilities.

Understanding of financial close, account reconciliation, consolidation, and reporting processes.

Experience supporting integrations and data flows between Oracle EPM and upstream or downstream systems such as ERP and general ledger applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to support client-facing discussions.

Strong documentation skills with experience creating SOPs, support procedures, RCA reports, and knowledge-base articles.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Cloud EPM certification in EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, or a related Oracle EPM discipline.

Experience supporting Oracle Cloud quarterly patch and update cycles.

Experience balancing business-as-usual support, production incidents, service requests, and minor application enhancements.

Experience working across integrated Oracle EPM modules in a complex enterprise environment.
