Job description

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join our Financial Services team, with a focus on engaging payments developer ecosystems across emerging technology domains. In this role, you will partner with developers at software solution providers, payment networks, payment acquirers, bank issuers, and FinTechs, to encourage adoption of NVIDIA's advanced AI and computing platforms. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical expertise, industry knowledge, and commercial go-to-market experience. They are also passionate about developer advocacy and skilled at communicating how NVIDIA technology solves complex, real-world challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and deepen technical expertise in AI/ML workloads in payments, serving as a technical advocate and trusted resource for developers in payments,with multi-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.

  • Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA's software stack (tools, SDKs, libraries, NIMs, and blueprints) into real-world partner or developer projects to accelerate adoption.

  • Support developers and partners through onboarding and integration by providing code samples, guides, demo pipelines, and hands-on assistance that enable payments-specific use cases.

  • Research and monitor developer ecosystem trends (both payments and AI/ML wise) to identify opportunities for growth, sharing insights with engineering, product, and marketing teams to improve adoption strategies.

  • Collaborate with partner technical leaders and internal engineering stakeholders to solve challenges, guide best-practice integrations, and feed technical takeaways back to NVIDIA teams.

  • Be the leading voice for helping payment firms to adopt NVIDIA technologies, encouraging co-innovation and the development of next-generation AI/ML led payments solutions for use cases such as fraud detection, personalization, agentic commerce etc.

  • Present NVIDIA's work in payments to technical audiences at leading events and industry conferences.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, data science/machine learning, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management including 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in financial services.

  • Experience working with or supporting developer programs, technical ecosystems, or financial services or payments ISVs, or within relevant verticals.

  • Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms and pipelines, cloud services, and familiarity with modern software frameworks or SDKs.

  • Comfort collaborating with multi-functional teams to discuss architecture, share feedback, do code reviews, provide technical mentorship and deliver technical presentations or demos.

  • Ability to manage and implement technical projects, tackle integration challenges, and effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with a passion for education.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • Experience creating or optimizing vertical-specific technical solutions (e.g., fraud detection systems, recommender engines, customer service agents, etc.).

  • Deep exposure and/or hands on experience with any or all of the following workloads: Graph Neural Networks, tabular transformers, agentic pipelines, RL based finetuning, optimized GenAI inference.

  • Hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA platforms and frameworks advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms such as Dynamo-Triton, RAPIDS, NeMo, NIM.

  • Skilled in developing systems and tools to measure developer sentiment and track market trends, turning ecosystem insights into practical recommendations that guide product direction and overall planning.

  • Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD for Level 3, and 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
