Our contract personnel include Engineers and Designers skilled in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronic, Chemical, Process, and Structural / Architectural disciplines. Our Scientific Professionals serve the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Environmental and Medical fields. In addition, we also provide administrative personnel with experience in technical engineering and scientific environments.

Job Description

Business Operations Consumables Vendor Manager will work in Lexmark Global Services (LGS) NA Business Operations.

This position's primary responsibility is ensuring vendors are compliant, aligned to their contractual responsibilities, and meeting SLAs required for our customers.

The contract renewal periods will be managed and RFP management will also be a requirement.

This position will also be responsible for NA MPS consumables including issue resolution, supplies forecasting, vendor payment including financial reconciliation and resolution, vendor governance, projects, and coordination with internal Lexmark teams to drive solutions. Attention to detail and organization is a must.

The Consumables Vendor Manager will also assist driving improvements in existing processes, tools, and procedures that will result in increased automation, improvement in data accuracy, data analysis and timeliness.ย 

Qualifications

Job Experience:ย 

ย Experience in vendor/supplier relationship management 3 years plus preferred.ย 

ย Experience in negotiations/contract management preferred.ย 

ย Translate business requirements into technical requirements.ย 

ย Experience with Siebel and SAP is a plus.ย 

ย Advanced Excel skills required.ย 

ย Executive interaction required on a daily basis.ย 

ย Intermediate financial experience preferred (financial concepts/analysis).ย 


Education Requirements:ย 

ย Bachelors in Business or Finance.ย 

All candidates submitted are required to be tested in Advanced Excel prior to submission. Test results must be posted with candidate submission. Understanding basic financial concepts is a must. Conflict/Resolution skills are critical. Reporting tool experience (BOXI, Crystal, etc) is nice to have. Supplies experience is a plus.
