Conduct feasibility studies, alternative analyses, and early project development to assess technical, financial, and operational viability.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project delivery standards and execution frameworks.
- Oversee scope, cost, schedule, and change management, ensuring all updates are properly documented, approved, and communicated.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and supply chain activities, including contractor management and contract execution support.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, engineering specifications, and environmental commitments throughout project execution.
- Manage project risks through risk identification, mitigation planning, and performance tracking against cost, schedule, and quality targets.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support regulatory approvals, permitting processes, and post-construction documentation and turnover requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and enhancing project management processes and tools.
