The Mission
Are you a dynamic, high-capacity project leader with experience in Architecture, Detailing, Engineering, Steel Erection, Mechanical Services, or General Contracting?
At Rebellion Fabrication, our Project Managers don’t just “track tasks.” You own projects end-to-end. You coordinate diverse scopes, adapt quickly to constant change, and drive projects forward in a specialty construction environment where no two days are the same.
This role is about:

- High ownership and accountability
- High EQ
- Strong financial and schedule discipline
- Ability to coordinate scope across various disciplines
- Rise above and solve problems when things get messy (because sometimes they do)
If you understand the value of true ownership and can adjust your approach to deliver results in a challenging, fast-moving environment, then we should talk.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, detailers, and steel erectors.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, proactively addressing challenges and potential delays.
- Partner closely with steel erectors to ensure materials are detailed, sequenced, fabricated, and delivered to optimize erection efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal QC and manage detailing teams to produce approval drawing packages that meet Rebellion Fabrication standards.
- Maintain clear, organized, and accurate project documentation.
- Prepare and submit monthly client pay applications to support positive project cash flow.
- Perform detailed monthly job costing and forecasting; proactively communicate risks, savings, or overruns to leadership.
- Draft, submit, and manage RFIs to keep projects moving forward.
- Review and manage submittals, ensuring timely responses from design teams.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to meet milestones and delivery commitments.
What Makes You a Fit
- You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what needs to be done.
- You can juggle multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- You communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers and internal teams.
- You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-through.
- You balance budget, schedule, and relationships without sacrificing quality.
- You’re comfortable making decisions, adapting quickly, and solving problems in real time.
- You understand architectural and structural drawings and how scope, sequencing, and constructability intersect.
Education & Experience (Nice to Have, Not Required)
