  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and market research, with the ability to translate consumer needs into winning product strategies
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience evaluating business opportunities, developing businesscasesand influencing portfolio investment decisions
  • Experience leading products from concept through commercializationhand-off, partnering across Product Development, Marketing,Salesand Operations
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience balancing consumer needs, technicalfeasibilityand businessobjectivesto make strategic product decisions
  • Excellent communication,presentationand storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and bringing clarity to ambiguous business challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Business, Engineering or a related fieldrequired; MBA preferred

Work Environment
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • This role requires on-site presence in the Stamford, CT office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
